Cut the onions into wedges. Wash the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the meat loaf into cubes.
Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick pan. First fry the onions with the meat loaf until they are lightly browned. Then add the tomato paste and fry lightly. Dust with flour and deglaze with the stock.
Add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are cooked through.
Season everything spicy with salt and pepper.
Tip:
I take mushrooms out of the can. This is how I have a quickly prepared dish.
