Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into thin rings and place them in a small bowl with salted water for about 20 minutes. As a result, the onion loses its heat and is milder when consumed.
  2. In the meantime, cut meat loaf into strips approx. 1-2 cm wide and place in a large salad bowl (if you bought a whole meat loaf instead of cold cuts, cut it into bite-sized cubes).
  3. Halve the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon (optional if the salad is not to be eaten immediately). Then cut into thin slices and add to the meatloaf in the bowl. Cut the peppers into small cubes and add them to the salad bowl. Also cut the radishes into thin slices and add them, as well as finely chopped parsley.
  4. Mix the vinegar and oil in a small vessel and season to taste with salt and pepper to make a salad dressing.
  5. Remove the onion rings from the salted water and squeeze them out lightly. Add to the remaining ingredients together with the salad sauce and mix everything well with the help of salad servers.
  6. Enjoy as you please or let it steep for an hour in a cool place.
