Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and set aside. Wash and clean the leek and cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and set them aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, fry the chicken and place in a large saucepan. Fry the mushrooms in the pan and add the leek. Season everything with the spices and add to the meat in the saucepan. Fill up with the broth and bring to the boil, stir in the processed cheese and let everything cook for about 5 minutes.
