Instructions

  1. The leek cut into rings is briefly blanched and then mixed with the apple cubes. The apple can be diced with or without the peel.
  2. The walnuts are roasted in the pan until they are fragrant. Then they are exactly right and can be mixed into the salad.
  3. When serving, first place the salad on the plate, then top with the cottage cheese.
  4. Either as a separate meal or with a meal.
