Make a dough from the first 4 ingredients, add a little water if necessary, roll out, place in a springform pan and pull up one edge.
Clean the leek, cut into rings. Dice the smoked meat, put in a saucepan, add a little water and bring to the boil, add the leek and simmer for about 5 minutes until the water has boiled off, then put everything in the springform pan.
