Drain 1 glass of celery in sticks and 1 small can of corn. Cut the pineapple slices into pieces.
Wash the leek sticks, clean and cut into rings (only use up to the light green, do not use the dark green). Put everything in a bowl and mix with a small glass of Miracel Whip. Stir in a little more pineapple juice to taste. Let it cool for a while!
Tastes great with grilled and pan-fried foods, but also with chicken legs. With baguette.
