Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into rings and dice the onions.
  2. Fry the mince and onions and season (depending on your taste), then deglaze with 2 liters of stock, add the leek and cook for 20 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and thicken the soup with the cheese.
  3. Tip: Pre-cook the soup 1 day and only set with the cheese the next day.
