Instructions

  1. For the dough: knead the flour, 1 egg, milk, salt, cheese, onion (grate) and margarine and put in a cool place. For the topping: leek (blanch), bacon and ham (fry), whisk 3 eggs with cream and a little salt and pepper. Bake in a springform pan in the oven at 140 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes.
