Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into thin rings, wash and drain well. Cut the pineapple, apple-boiled ham and the eggs into small cubes.
  2. Beat the vinegar, water and oil together.
  3. Put the mayonnaise, mustard and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix everything together. Season with a little salt.
  4. Let the salad soak through. Tastes very fruity.
