Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into small pieces and the leek stick into rings.
Season the leek in a large pan with salt, pepper and cumin and sauté until it becomes a little softer. Remove and mix with the mince and bacon.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out the yeast dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, prick several times with a fork and spread the leek and mince mixture on top. Now spread some grated cheese on top and bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes.
