Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water, add to the wholemeal flour and knead together with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 egg, the yoghurt and the spices to form a smooth, soft dough (the dough becomes softer than a normal pizza dough, but that`s intentional!). Then let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  2. In the meantime, wash and clean the leek and cut into rings. Then sweat in a pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes and season with coriander, curry and herbal salt as desired.
  3. After rising, knead the dough again briefly, place in a springform pan (26 cm) lined with baking paper and press evenly on the base. Now cover the dough with feta cheese. If you are not very careful, you can simply crumble the feta cheese over it, otherwise it is first cut into thin slices.
  4. Now place the tomato slices on the feta cheese so that the entire surface is covered. Then season the tomato layer with oregano, pepper and herbal salt. Spread the leek rings on top.
  5. Place the pan relatively far down in the non-preheated oven and bake at 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 30 - 35 minutes.
