For the dressing:

• Mayonnaise (Miracel Whip or Belvita)
• cream
• salt and pepper
• Curry powder

Instructions

1. Chop the leek, dice the apple and eggs and mix everything together with the corn.
2. For the dressing, mix Miracel Wip with the cream and season with the spices. Add to the salad.
