Wash the leek and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl. Also cut the cheese and ham into small pieces and add. Drain the pineapple through a sieve, catching the juice. For the sauce, add enough pineapple juice to the mayonnaise until the desired consistency is achieved. Pour this over the salad and stir. The salad can now be served.
Tips: Instead of the ham, I use sliced chicken breasts because we don`t eat pork.
If you want to prepare the salad, mix in the sauce just before consumption.
