Instructions

  1. Peel and dice hard-boiled eggs. Drain the celery. Pour off the pineapple and cut into cubes. Wash and clean the leek, cut into rings, dice the ham. Mix these ingredients together. Squeeze the lemon, pour salt, pepper and sugar over the salad and let it steep.
  2. Baguette tastes best with it.
