Cut the cleaned and washed leek sticks into 2 - 3 equal pieces. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Then add the pressed garlic and sweat briefly. Add the tomatoes, chop them up a little and bring to the boil. Drain the leek, add to the mince and let everything simmer again for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
