Instructions

  1. Wash the leek, cut into rings and fry in a saucepan in a little oil. Cut the meat sausage into cubes and add to the leek, fry for a few minutes. Then add the broth, bring to a boil and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with boiled potatoes.
