Mix the minced meat, soaked and squeezed bread roll, egg and onion cubes and season well with the spices.
Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Dice the ham (cooked or raw to taste) and add to the minced mixture with the leek rings and mix well.
Divide the Gouda into eight cubes.
I shape eight meatballs out of the mass, pressing a cheese cube into the middle each time. Fry the meatballs in hot oil for about 7 minutes on each side.
As a side dish, for example, carrot vegetables and mashed potatoes.
