Cook the cleaned and cut leek in the stock for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, add the diced onion, season well with the spices and simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on, then allow to cool a little.
Now add the chopped cheese and the cream, as well as the minced meat to the leek and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring, until the cheese has melted and season with the spices.
I always serve baguette bread or rolls with it. Whole grain bread can be eaten with it if you like.
