Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until it is grainy in lightly salted water.
  2. Cut the leek into fine rings. Dice the onions and roast them in the butter until golden. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly over low heat.
