Prepare the baking dish, place the ingredients in layers. First the potatoes (or noodles), then the onions (chopped or in rings), then the ham, then the vegetables.
Whisk the eggs with the milk, season, pour over. If you have, you can also sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 200 degrees until the egg milk is firm!
You can also use super coffee cream, whipped cream, creme fraiche instead of milk or sour cream. Eggs are also not absolutely necessary, you can also just use sour cream or creme fraiche.
