Instructions

  1. Rinse salmon in cold water and pat dry. Heat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Place parchment paper in an ovenproof baking dish and place the salmon on top. Peel the garlic, cut into slices and spread on the salmon.
  3. Wash the lemon and pat dry, then divide in the middle. Cut half of the lemon into slices. Lightly rub the peel of the other half of the lemon, then squeeze this lemon. Put the lemon juice and zest together with the olive oil and the fish seasoning in a small bowl and stir everything well. Spread the sauce evenly on the fish, place lemon slices on the fish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
