If you have an ice cream spoon, it is convenient to use it. But if not, an ordinary spoon will do fine. Take the dough with a spoon and spread it on a sheet away from each other.
Crush each cookie by hand and shape it into a small cake. Sprinkle sugar over each cake and sprinkle with water. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar again
Put a sheet of cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cookies are baked for 15 minutes.
