Instructions

  1. Puree the berries and sweeten to taste.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix well with the quark, mascarpone and lemon juice, stir in the biscuit crumbs and season the cream with sugar or honey.
  3. Divide the cream into dessert cups and pour some berry puree over each one.
