• 0.5 ½ pack sauce powder, for vanilla sauce
• 60 g suar
• 1 egg (s)
• 1 egg yolk
• 125 ml water
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

1. Put the sauce powder, sugar, egg, egg yolk and water in a small saucepan and whisk well. Heat the liquid to level 2 and beat it with a whisk until there is plenty of steam. Then switch off the plate and keep beating until the mixture is bound (do not let it boil!). Then stir the lemon juice into the sauce with a wooden spoon.
