Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice into a foam mixture. Add the cream quark, sour cream and lemon zest. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out, dissolve it in boiling water and stir into the foam mass - put in a cold place.
  2. Whip the cream, mix into the set cream and fold in the whipped egg whites. Pour the cream into bowls and decorate with lemon wedges or chopped pistachios.
