Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C). Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Put the butter in pieces in a second bowl, add the egg and lemon yoghurt and stir with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Mix the moist ingredients with the dry ingredients and then stir in the fruit (which may also be frozen).
  2. Pour the batter into the muffin tins, this is best done with a spatula, and put the tray in the oven on a medium setting.
