Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Warm places. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the lemon and rub the peel.
Heat the oil and briefly sweat the onion cubes in it. Pour in the cream cheese, milk and stock and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in the pesto and lemon zest. Bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Put the gnocchi in the sauce.
