- Mix butter, sugar, salt and lemon zest with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Add eggs one by one and stir. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir in with milk and 8 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Grease the bundt pan and preheat the oven to 175 degrees (150 fan speed).
- Baking time 40-45 min.
- Let the cake rest for five minutes, turn it out and drizzle with the orange and lemon juice.
