Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar, salt and lemon zest with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Add eggs one by one and stir. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir in with milk and 8 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  3. Grease the bundt pan and preheat the oven to 175 degrees (150 fan speed).
  4. Baking time 40-45 min.
  5. Let the cake rest for five minutes, turn it out and drizzle with the orange and lemon juice.
  6. Then let it cool down and pour the powdered sugar and lemon juice into a glaze.
  7. Good Appetite.
