Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Take it from the stove and let it cool off. Rinse a suitable vessel (jar, well-cleaned bottle or similar) with boiling water and pour the syrup into the bottle / glass through a sieve with a mulle insert.
The syrup can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
To conjure up a delicious organic (limo) nade from it, fill a tall long drink glass with 3-4 tablespoons, depending on your taste, and fill it up with mineral water.
You can also make a summer long drink out of it by filling up with vodka and tonic water.
The dosage is a matter of taste and you have to find out for yourself.
