Squeeze the lemon. Juice in the bowl, cream cheese with horseradish (cream horseradish also works). Use 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, depending on the consistency you want. Mix with the whisk. Salt and pepper. Now carefully sweeten. The dressing should taste fruity, but not too sweet.
It tastes good with any leaf salad (except iceberg lettuce). We like it best with lamb`s lettuce. There is also pan-fried, grilled or schnitzel. Or simply without anything for in between.
