Lightly brown the ground beef in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the onion into strips approx. 3 cm long and chop a giant clove of garlic or 3 small ones and fry both. As soon as the onions are slightly translucent, add the coconut cream, stir in the grated lemon zest and soy sauce. To round it off, add the aniseed schnapps and mint / coriander (it`s delicious even without both) and slowly reduce everything until a creamy sauce is formed.
