Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin.
  2. Beat the whipped cream firmly and stir in the curd.
  3. Bring the sugar with lemon juice and zest to the boil, remove from the plate, stir in and dissolve the squeezed gelatine and stir into the cream.
  4. Half fill the glasses with it and let it steep for a good 2 hours.
  5. Then cut the strawberries into pieces, add sugar to taste and add to the cream.
