- Soak gelatin.
- Beat the whipped cream firmly and stir in the curd.
- Bring the sugar with lemon juice and zest to the boil, remove from the plate, stir in and dissolve the squeezed gelatine and stir into the cream.
- Half fill the glasses with it and let it steep for a good 2 hours.
- Then cut the strawberries into pieces, add sugar to taste and add to the cream.
