• 150 ml olive oil
• 1 lemon (s), untreated, grated zest and juice
• 2 tablespoon oregano, fresher, roughly chopped
• sea-salt
• Pepper, black

Instructions

1. Mix the oil with lemon juice, grated lemon zest and oregano and season with sea salt and pepper.
2. Marinate meat in it for approx. 1 hour, fish for approx. 30 minutes.
