Instructions

  1. Put low-fat quark, yoghurt and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir until creamy with a whisk. Gradually fold in 5 tablespoons of sugar. In a second bowl, whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark-yoghurt mixture. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice and lemon flavor to the cream. Briefly whip with the whisk.
  2. Then cut the peaches into small cubes and divide them into 4 glasses. Drizzle the peach cubes in each glass with a good dash of rum, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
  3. Then pour the cream into the glasses with the rum-sugar peaches and put everything in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  4. Decorate with a peach slice and mint just before serving.
