Instructions

  1. Put lemon zest, juice and meat in a liter measure, fill up with up to 500 g, in total, of water.
  2. Stir in ground whole grain rice, salt and maple syrup, cook for 2 minutes. Pour onto a deep plate rinsed with cold water. Let cool down.
