Instructions

  1. Boil the rice flour in the liquid and let it cool then stir in the lemon zest and the juice as well as the honey and the spices, mix everything well, season to taste and etvl. add some sweetness if desired.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff, mix one part into the cream, keep the other for the garnish.
  3. Pour the cream into glasses or dessert bowls, garnish with cream and nuts.
