Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop ginger, core and chop the chili peppers. Use more or less chilli as desired. Roast the ginger in oil, add the chilli and roast briefly.
  2. Salt and add the prawns. Stir curry powder into the prawns to create a nice color. Bring the lemon juice and lemon zest to the boil in cream, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Put the cooked spaghetti in the cream and lemon sauce, mix well and heat again briefly. Arrange the spaghetti on plates and pour the prawns over them. Garnish with coriander.
