Instructions

  1. Fry the minute chicken schnitzel on both sides until almost cooked. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove meat and keep warm.
  2. Deglaze the roast with the lemon juice and the stock and bring to the boil briefly. If necessary, season again (depending on how sour you like it). Let the meat soak briefly in the sauce.
  3. We also eat baguette and salad.
