Instructions

  1. It is best to put the lavender blossoms in a tea filter and bring to the boil together with the water. Let it steep for about 15 minutes, remove the tea filter and squeeze out a little. If you don`t have a tea filter, you have to filter through a fine sieve.
  2. Let the lavender water cool down lukewarm, dissolve the honey in it and add the juice of 2 - 3 lemons. Try and sweeten to taste.
  3. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Put about a tablespoon of blueberries in each of 2 glasses and mash them with a pestle, distribute the lemonade between the glasses, add ice cubes if necessary.
  5. You can also leave out the blueberries and use sugar instead of honey.
  6. Makes 2 glasses.
