Instructions

  1. Heat the broth, drain and add the lentils, simmer for 10 minutes, then add the roughly chopped vegetables including the chilli peppers and simmer for approx. 20 minutes with pre-soaked lentils (45 minutes with not soaked according to the package). Add the ham cubes in the last 5 minutes.
  2. When the cooking time is over, add the pureed tomatoes (this has the advantage that you can eat immediately). You can round off the stew with parsley / chives, but you don`t have to.
