Instructions

  1. Boil the plate lentils in 3 times the amount of water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Finely dice the onions and fry them in olive oil in a pan. Add the raisins and fry a little. Add the plate lentils and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir only as much as necessary so that the lentils don`t mash up unnecessarily.
  3. Rice tastes very good with it.
