• 0.5 can ½ lentils, cooked
• 4 sausages, wieners, sliced
• 4 medium cucumber (s), (pickles), diced
• 300 g spaetzle, cooked or ready-made product
• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth, cut into fine strips
• 10 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
• 5 tablespoon vinegar
• salt and pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients. Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and mix with the salad. If you want, you can also add a little cucumber vinegar. Let it steep for a few hours. Stirring occasionally.
