Instructions

  1. Put the lentils in a large stock pot, pour the vegetable stock, stir, bring to a boil and boil once. Then reduce the temperature, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes over a low heat, stirring again and again.
  2. Peel the onion and carrots and cut into small cubes. Cut the sausages and the bananas into pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, carrots and sausages and fry. Pour into the saucepan with the lentils, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes. After approx. 5 minutes add half of the sliced banana and cook with it.
  4. Mix in the rest of the bananas before serving, season with sugar and vinegar.
