Instructions

  1. Bring 1.5 l of water with bay leaf and thyme to the boil. Sprinkle in the delicacy stock, add the lentils and smoked pork and cook over a low heat for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into cubes. Clean and wash soup vegetables and cut into strips. Add the onion and vegetables to the lentils and cook for another 30 minutes.
  3. Take out the smoked pork, remove the meat from the bone and cut into cubes. Season the soup with salt, pepper, red wine and vinegar. Add the meat cubes to the soup, stir briefly and serve.
