Fry the finely chopped onion and clove of garlic in a little hot oil. Add the sausage cut into pieces and fry well. Add the diced tomatoes and let them steep. When everything is simmering nicely, deglaze with a little vegetable stock and tomato sauce. Now drain the lentils, white beans and chickpeas, add them, cook until everything is done and season with salt, pepper, chilli and lovage to taste.
