Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it is crumbly. Now add the tomatoes, diced paprika and the lentils. Cover and let cook for about 15 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cayenne pepper. If you like it spicy, you can also add some chili powder 😉
  2. You can eat it with rice or pasta and I personally think it`s best with Farfalle and a little sour cream.
