Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken fillets in oil or butter. After they are fried, keep warm on a plate. Add sour or sweet cream and the cheese cut into small pieces to the remaining oil. Melt on low heat.
  2. Put the fillets back in the finished sauce. Let simmer a little more. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add pepper and salt as needed.
  3. Serve with fresh salad.
