Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
Put the onions and half a chilli pepper in the melted butter and sauté. Now add the potatoes and continue steaming for about 10 minutes.
Then add the vegetable broth whisked with tomato paste, season with salt and pepper and let everything simmer, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft (25 - 30 min.). Take out the chilli pepper, stir in the letscho and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
At the end, season to taste and, if necessary, season with rose-hot paprika or chilli from the mill.
