Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers into small pieces. First fry the onions until translucent. If you like, you can fry 1 clove of garlic, cut into small pieces. Add paprika and fry vigorously. Add tomatoes and stir well. Add tomato paste and approx. 2 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant (powder). Bring everything to the boil and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for a total of about 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir again and again.
  2. Rice or baguette tastes good with it.
  3. I prefer to take cocktail tomatoes from the garden, then it`s a very fresh aroma.
