Use the dough hook to knead a shortcrust pastry from the margarine, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder. Then knead the dough briefly with your hands (add a little flour if necessary). Grease a 26 mm springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Line 2/3 of the dough with it, also about 2 cm beyond the edge. Pierce holes in the dough with a fork.
Peel the apples and cut into wedges. Arrange the apple slices in a wreath shape over the dough. Spread the remaining dough over the apple wedges as a crumble. Cover with a few flakes of margarine and sprinkle with the 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.
Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
